West Pharmaceuticals is a 65,000 square foot cGMP manufacturing facility for medical devices like syringes, vials, cartridges, and other specialty medical components.

ASE began working for West Pharm in 2009 after being asked to provide HVAC design services for an RTU relocation at the facility. Since then, we have conducted HVAC studies and renovation designs in 2010, 2017, and 2019. Design work includes:

  • RTU Relocation
  • Energy Conservation study for new chiller system
  • Chiller Plant Design
  • RTU Replacements 11, 17, 19
  • Remediation Study for Mold Room to include 35 RTU’s and 13 Exhaust Fans
