PGT Industries, Inc., located in Venice, Florida, is the nation’s largest manufacturer and supplier of residential impact-resistant windows and doors.  At their facilities in Venice, they apply the patented impact-resistant material to their glass using state-of-the-art technology in their Coldroom and Cleanroom environments.

PGT broke ground on their new facility in 2014, and ASE was brought onto the design team to engineer and design the HVAC and Electrical Systems for their Coldroom and Laminating Cleanroom inside the facility.  Those rooms were designed to maintain a relative humidity of 23% at 45F and 23% relative humidity at 70F.

ASE was also awarded a contract to proceed with design development to redesign their original Coldroom and Laminating Cleanroom.
