Xcelience (now Capsugel) is a biopharmaceutical compounding facility that specializes in innovative drug dosage technology for clients around the world. ASE completed its first project for Xcelience in 2006 – a 3,500 SF HVAC renovation to help improve energy savings and humidity control in their Product Support Area. Since that time, ASE has completed 15 projects for the Savarese Circle, Laurel Street, and Grace Street locations. Below is a short summary of the major projects we have completed. Cleanroom and Office Space Renovation – Grace Street ASE provided HVAC, electrical, and plumbing engineering and design services for a 7,000 square foot cleanroom and 10,000 warehouse/office space renovation at the Grace Street Facility. Xcelience Interior Buildout – Laurel Street ASE provided HVAC and plumbing engineering and design services for several interior buildout and expansion projects at the Laurel Street location. Xcelience Interior Renovation – Grace Street ASE provided a HVAC and plumbing engineering and design services to modify the HVAC in the Dry Room to achieve the required humidity requirements for the space. Xcelience Formulation Lab (Phase 1 and Phase 2) – Savarese Circle ASE provided a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and design services for the new 24,000 SF Formulation Lab at Savarese. Phase 1 of the project was completed in 2015, and Phase 2 was completed in 2016. Xcelience Sacro Suite – Savarese Circle ASE provided a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and design services for the new 3,500 SF Sacro Suite at Savarese.
